excise tax report

i'm now working for argentina's tax report.
can you tell me how to get excise tax report, it's from sales ledger or from purchase ledge?
can anyone provide me some SAP standard report for excise tax report?
also please your help tell me how to book accounting journal entry for excise tax ?
